Apparently, he is easily obtainable via a lengthy quest chain in Darkshore. I'm just glad it's not another rep grind. Booo rep grinds.
>update: Got him! I thought this was going to take longer, so I didn't plan for the next one... Well, I need to go Argent Tourney anyway, so those will be the next pets!
